Location: the hotel was near to the center of a college lots of young people as well as downtown area. I found there a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Sam's Texas Subs that is only 15 minutes' walk away.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with very comfortable beds. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room had 2 beds plus a sofa bed, which was perfect for my needs. The attention to detail is evident, with basic amenities like a fridge, sink, and microwave provided. The location is also fantastic, right across from Old Dominion college and close to the downtown area. Additionally, the fact that breakfast is included in the stay is a definite bonus. From the reviews, I noticed that the hotel provides complimentary water and snacks, which is a nice touch. I also read that the hotel has a pool, although I haven't had the chance to use it myself.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there's really nothing major that I can think of that needs improvement.

The location was incredibly comfortable, close to numerous restaurants with easy access to a mall and convenience stores. It was very convenient to have Perfectly Frank so close to the hotel.
